You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for legitimate business evaluation purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

No Guaranteed Results: While we provide professional AI consultation based on industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings.

Educational Purpose: Our assessments and recommendations are educational and advisory in nature. They should not be considered as:

• Financial, legal, or professional business advice
• Guarantees of AI implementation success
• Warranties regarding specific ROI outcomes
• Substitutes for professional consultation with qualified advisors

Market Conditions: AI technology and market conditions change rapidly. Our assessments reflect current understanding and may require updates as technology evolves.

IMPORTANT LEGAL LIMITATIONS:

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, 1NDYGO AI Business Consultancy's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for our services (or $100 AUD for free consultations).

We are not liable for:

• Third-party actions, software, or service failures
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

Appointment Booking:

• Appointments are scheduled through our Calendly system or by mutual agreement
• All times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/AEDT)
• Confirmation emails will be sent with meeting details

Cancellation Policy:

• Minimum 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations can be made through Calendly or by email
• Same-day cancellations may be accommodated in emergency circumstances
• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may forfeit the free assessment opportunity

Rescheduling: We understand business priorities change. Free rescheduling is available with adequate notice.

Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent the consultation, we'll reschedule at no cost.

Mutual Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, strategic insights, and proprietary methodologies shared during consultations.

Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tasmania, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Direct Communication: Initial disputes should be addressed through direct communication with 1NDYGO AI
2. Mediation: If direct resolution fails, disputes may be referred to mediation
3. Legal Action: Any legal proceedings must be initiated in the appropriate courts of Tasmania, Australia

Terms Modification:

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Changes will be posted on this website with updated effective dates
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms
• Significant changes will be communicated via email where possible

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
